Yes! Yoga is therapeutic and has health benefits for regular practitioners. It offers to heal and is relaxing and promotes awareness. Regular yoga practice reduces stiffness and improves flexibility.

Try 2 or 3 classes a week to start off your yoga journey.

Yoga is best practiced with an empty stomach. However, you may have a light snack at least 1 hour before class starts, especially if you have low blood pressure or sugar. Have your meal at least 2 hours in advance.

We have different packages to cater to your lifestyle needs. Visit our studio for a discussion and to book your trial class.

Most of our classes are appropriate for beginners. If you have no prior experience in yoga, you may miss balance, flow, inversion, arm balance, intermediate multilevel, and advanced classes. Please let your teacher know that you are new to yoga and always practice at your own pace.
